Do you have 5 minutes to give to yourself!? Do you want a stronger core in under 5 minutes!?




Here is a quick 5 minute plank challenge that you can do wherever you are! Just make sure you have a clean floor, I suggest keeping a mat in your office if doing it at work!


Plank Challenge goes as follows:

1 minute high plank

1 minute low plank

1 minute side plank

1 minute side plank

1 minute high or low plan
