Fat Free Feta Chicken Burgers

INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground chicken
1 egg
1 clove garlic minced
â…“ cup fat free feta cheese crumbled
1 cup frozen spinach – thawed and squeezed dry
DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.1 pound ground chicken, 1 egg, 1 clove garlic, ⅓ cup feta cheese, 1 cup frozen spinach – thawed and squeezed dry
Form mixture into patties, Place on a plate (wax paper lined) and then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Preheat and lightly grease the grill or frying pan.
Cook over medium heat, about 8 to 10 minutes per side, until cooked through. Meat should no longer be pink in the center when done.
