Fit Butters Cheesecake Bites


Serving: 2 Prepping Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 0-5 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 Tablespoons Fit Butters

  • 100 grams Cottage Cheese

  • 2 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Take 1 tbsp of FIt Butters (half of total), cottage cheese and fat free cream cheese and put into food processor to blend until smooth.

  2. Take silicone cupcake liner and fill bottom with mixture about â…“ full. shake or use spoon to bottom of tray.

  3. Add other 1 tbsp of FIt Butters to center of each cube. Optional to add more if you’d like (this will affect nutrition).

  4. Add other half of mixture on top of the FIt Butters in each cube. Use spatula to flatten. Option here to add toppings (chocolate chips, pecans, etc)

  5. Place in freezer for 8-12 hours. If taken out early, will not be solid and may be softer to take out of silicone tray!

  6. Can take out and place back in freezer when craving something sweet! Best to let thaw 10-15 minutes to make a little less solid to bite into!
