Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bake!


Serving: 1 Prepping Time: 2 minutes Cooking Time: 0

 

INGREDIENTS


  • 250 grams egg whites or 6 Large Whole Eggs

  • 1 Cup Cheese - I like Cheddar

  • 200 g Greek Yogurt - Plain

  • 1 Pound Protein - Cooked (Ham, Ground Beef or Turkey, Sausage, Vegetarian Alternative, Etc)

  • 50 g Spinach - *Optional

  • ½ White Onion - *Optional

  • 3 Bell Pepper - *Optional

  • Salt - Your Choice

  • Black Pepper - Your Choice


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Chop up your vegetables

  2. Cook/brown your protein if needed

  3. Add all of your ingredients into a large mixing bowl

  4. Mix everything together thoroughly

  5. Coat at least a 2 quart baking dish with some non-stick cooking spray

  6. Pour your mix in

  7. Optionally top your casserole with whatever you want

  8. Bake it on 350F/176C for around 45-50 minutes or until the edges start to brown and the center has limited jiggle

  9. Enjoy!
