  • Chocolate protein shake, Cheesecake pudding mix

  • Chocolate protein shake, Butterscotch pudding mix

  • Birthday Cake protein shake, white chocolate pudding mix

High Protein Sugar- Free Pudding


Serving : 1 Prepping Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 0 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS

  • (1) 11.5 oz of a pre-made protein shake, I used fairlife

  • 15 grams of sugar free Jello instant pudding



DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all together for 1-2 minutes until it thickens then refrigerate for 2 hours!


MACROS PER SERVING:

 

140 calories -------- 5 grams of protein ---------- 26 grams of carbs -------- 4 g fat
