Korean Rice Bowls


Serving : 4 Prepping Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 0 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS FOR BEEF

  • 1 lb ground beef of choice (I used ground veal)

  • 3/4 C - 1 Cish of Sugar-Free Korean BBQ Sauce


INGREDIENTS FOR LOW CAL SRIRACHA SAUCE

  • 90 grams light Mayo

  • 50 grams Sriracha

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp water

  • Salt to taste


DIRECTIONS FOR MEAT:

  1. Brown meat until fully cooked through

  2. Once cooked drain fat and put back in pan and mix in BBQ sauce. Cook on low for another 2 minutes.

  3. Top over rice or riced cauliflower. Top with low-calorie Sriracha sauce.

  4. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate once mixed well.
