Korean Rice Bowls

INGREDIENTS FOR BEEF
1 lb ground beef of choice (I used ground veal)
3/4 C - 1 Cish of Sugar-Free Korean BBQ Sauce
INGREDIENTS FOR LOW CAL SRIRACHA SAUCE
90 grams light Mayo
50 grams Sriracha
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp water
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS FOR MEAT:
Brown meat until fully cooked through
Once cooked drain fat and put back in pan and mix in BBQ sauce. Cook on low for another 2 minutes.
Top over rice or riced cauliflower. Top with low-calorie Sriracha sauce.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate once mixed well.
