Light Laughing Cow Mac N Cheese


Serving: 4 Prepping Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 10

 

INGREDIENTS


  • 8 oz. uncooked protein pasta  

  • 4 wedges of The Laughing Cow® Light Creamy Swiss Cheese

  • 3/4 cup reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup skim milk

  • 2 TBS. unsalted butter

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • dash garlic powder ( optional )

  • Grilled Chicken (optional)


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain in colonder.

  2. To hot pan, add the Laughing Cow Cheese wedges, butter, milk, and cheddar cheese. Let the heat of the pan begin to melt the mixture.

  3. Add the pasta back to the pan and stir until all the cheeses and butter are completely melted and the pasta is covered in sauce. You can add more milk if needed.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, if using. Top with grilled chicken for extra protein!
