Low Calorie Red Velvet Cake with Protein Icing!
Serving: 2 Prepping Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 0-5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
For the Cake:
1 box red velvet cake mix
1 egg
1 cup of water
5.3 oz plain non-fat greek yogurt
Icing: (feel free to double if you like alot of icing)
84 grams of low fat cream cheese (room temperature)
30 grams of vanilla protein powder, I use Supreme Nutrition's protein powders. Use code, "Hope10" to save!
2-3 tablespoons of milk.
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake according to the box.
Let cool.
While cake is cooling mix together the icing ingredients.
Once cooled ice the cake.
