No Bake Almond Butter Balls With Peanut Butter Chips
Serving: 15 Prepping Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 0-5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
½ cup (125 g) homemade almond butter
â…“ cup (113 g) raw honey
1 cup (80 g) quick-cooking oats
2 tablespoons (20 grams) flaxseed

DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Using your hands or a cookie scooper, form 10 – 15 balls. Tip: you may need to wet your hands a little if the dough is super sticky.
Enjoy immediately and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 7 – 10 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
Note: Total weight of all ingredients without the Peanut Butter Chips is 338 grams. Each ball should weigh around 22 grams.
