2 Ingredient Lower Sugar Fudge


Serving: 16 Prepping Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 0

 

INGREDIENTS


  • 24 oz chocolate chips - pick whatever flavor you wish. I used Lily's Peanut Butter Chips. You can get them here

  • 12 oz chocolate sauce - or whatever flavor you think will pair well with the chocolate chips. I used Torani Puremade sauce. You can get it here


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with tin foil or parchment paper.

  2. Pour the chocolate chips and sauce into a microwave-safe mixing bowl.

  3. Heat at 70% power for 90 seconds.

  4. Let the bowl rest in the microwave for 3 minutes.

  5. Remove and stir until melted.

  6. If needed heat for another 15 seconds at 70% power. Let rest and stir.

  7. Pour the fudge into the lined baking pan.

  8. Optional: sprinkle with salt.

  9. Cover with a piece of tin foil or plastic wrap

  10. Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

  11. Remove the fudge from the pan and peel off the tin foil or parchment paper.

  12. Cut into 24 squares.
