Pumpkin Pie Protein Balls

Serving : 6 Prepping Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 0 minutes

 


INGREDIENTS

  • 180 g pumpkin puree

  • 250 g nut butter (I used peanut butter)

  • 90 g vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbs pumpkin pie spice

  • 50 grams white chocolate chips



DIRECTIONS:

  • In a large bowl mix pumpkin and nut butter together until well combined.

  • Add in vanilla and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.

  • Fold in chocolate chips.

  • Roll into balls or form into pan and cut into bars.

  • Chill in refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.

  • Enjoy!
