Here is a list of my staple condiments that I have in my pantry that I use on a weekly basis.
Or when in doubt, dip your grilled chicken in to "spice" up your chicken.
And of course, its always better to make your own but sometimes we just don't have time!
#1- Sugar Free BBQ Sauce
G-huges makes a great BBQ sauce, you get alot of bang for your buck calorie wise.
#2 - Sugar Free Ketchup
If I don't have any homemade sugar free ketchup made, this is my go to kind. I like this one because it is made with monk fruit.

#3 - G Hughes Sweet Chili Sauce
I love putting this with chicken and rice stir fry.
#4 - Liquid Amino Acids
I use this in replace of soy sauce. It taste great on rice, califloured rice and riced broccoli.
#5 - Skinny girl poppy seed dressing
This is one of my favorite dressing. I love putting this on a salad with strawberries and fat free feta cheese.
#6 - Fat Free Italian Dressing
Can't go wrong with an italian dressing.
