2 Ingredient Chocolate Treat


Serving: 2 Prepping Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 0 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS


  • 100 grams Dark Chocolate

  • 100 grams of sugar free jam (I used Good Good)


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Melt half the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and coconut oil if using.

  2. Poor out on cupcake liners or shaped pan of choice (I used heart for Valentine’s Day).

  3. Freeze for 30 minutes or until hardened.

  4. Top with sugar free jam of choice.

  5. Freeze again for 30 minutes or until jam has set.

  6. Melt remaining dark chocolate in microwave and pour onto of frozen jam.

  7. Freeze one more time until set.

  8. Enjoy!!


Note: these are best stored in the freezer until ready to eat!
