Packed with protein, it’s a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth without derailing your diet. Plus, it's incredibly easy to whip up. Banana Pudding - High Protein!


Serving: 1 Prepping Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 0 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pre-made protein shake (I used Premier Banana and Cream flavor)

  • 14 grams sugar free fat-free instant vanilla Jello pudding

  • 1 banana

  • "Dippers" - vanilla wafers



DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the protein shake and pudding mix until well combined (about 2 minutes).

  2. Top with bananas. If you choose to add vanilla wafers you can layer them and put the protein pudding on top!

  3. Put in refrigerator to set.

  4. Grab out the way to your next BBQ!

  5. Multiply the recipe to make a bigger batch!
