High Protein Cottage Cheese Frosting


Serving : 1 Prepping Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 0 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams cottage cheese (I use lactaid to help with digestion)

  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder (I use Guittard Cocoa Rouge... aka the best)

  • Liquid sweetener (use as little or as much as you wish)

  • Pinch of xanthan gum



DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy! Perfect with pretzels, fruit or cookies!
